Kes-shō
Sell something worth selling.
Kes-shō's hand-blown crystal belongs on the best tables in the world. Your job is to get it there — and build a book of buyers who keep coming back.
~20 minutes to start · no résumé required

This is what you'll sell
The 2026 Collection — ultra-thin, lead-free crystal, made by hand in Singapore. The kind of glass a serious bar or restaurant chooses on purpose.

What you'll actually do
Build Kes-shō's presence with hospitality buyers worldwide — hotels, restaurants, and bars — owning the pipeline from first contact to closed order, working independently across time zones. You'll have AI tools to find and reach the right buyers; what matters is that you use them well.
- Find the right venues, and the right person to reach at each
- Write outreach that earns replies — and follow up without being a pain
- Handle objections, coordinate samples (our team ships them), and close
- Keep in touch, look after your accounts, and earn the re-orders
- Not your job: shipping, logistics, the online shop, or design
Modest base. Serious upside.
The honest version: US$350 a month to start. But you earn 10% on everything you sell, uncapped — and because glasses break, good accounts re-order again and again. Find your feet and around US$5,000 a month in sales is realistic; after a year of building relationships, US$10–20,000 a month is very doable. That becomes significant, recurring income. This rewards patience and consistency, not quick wins.
Who thrives here
Open to remote candidates in India, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia with excellent written English. The people who win here are consistent — reliable, service-minded, and in it for the long game.
- You follow through and keep in touch — building relationships, not sending blasts
- You're self-directed, resourceful, and organized
- You're comfortable being told no, and you keep going
- You're genuinely drawn to a premium, hand-made product
- You use AI tools well — as a lever, not a crutch
From the founder
Kes-shō is built by its founder, Abhishek Cherian George. We're a small team doing something we care about — and we're looking for one person to help the world drink from it.
