Yes — always free for candidates. Head Hunt Quest is paid by the companies doing the hiring, never by you. We will never ask you for a fee or for payment details.
Will I actually hear back?
Every application is reviewed, and you will get a clear response — usually within a few days — including when the answer is no. No silent rejections.
How are applications judged?
On the work you do in the process: the same tasks and the same bar for everyone. Not your CV, your background, or who you happen to know.
Do you use AI to assess me?
Yes — to help score answers consistently, so everyone is measured the same way. A person reviews the results before any decision is made, and whenever automated evaluation is part of a step, we tell you.
What happens to my data?
We use what you share only to assess your application. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
